At my first closing, the seller had cold feet and wanted to bail on the contract/deal but wanted to keep the money I had put in escrow to secure the contract! At the closing, the seller had intentionally left out additional association fees and did not fix or replace the air conditioning, which was mandated in the contract. Dean secured $1200 that I used after the closing to replace the air conditioner and also got $1200 from the seller to cover one year-worth of maintenance fees that had not been disclosed. He told me that I could back out if I wanted to but I really want to the condo so will you put me in a position where I was able to move forward with compensation. His staff is exceptionally professional and handled my paperwork without any issues. I did not have to attend two of the closings as Dean represented me and sent the paperwork over after the fact. I did not have to attend to have the closings, which was really nice so I didn’t have to miss work. I felt so confident that I did not use a realtor when I sold my last condo and his office handled everything. He is wonderful and I highly recommend working with him."
